Pros

work from home and work from home

Cons

Unorganized & unprofessional, no consistency in the methods of training or the approach to sales. Low quality leads, they also filter better leads to top selling agents so if you have a bumpy start you will wait longer and get lower quality leads making it an uphill battle to get back on track. No regard for work life balance. They will extend hours or change your schedule to work weekends with a 1 weeks. HR is a joke, they hijacked my last 2 paychecks and no one will respond to my emails.
