Great room for professional growth, with an opportunity to learn. Advancement opportunities for people of all work backgrounds. Dynamic workplace. A very project-oriented business if that's what interests you.

Cons

Still a growing company, so compensation is lower than average. Deadline-oriented can make some days extremely stressful and hectic, while others are laid-back. Communication between multiple offices can be difficult.

The upper management staff is very kind and open to employee ideas. The company environment is welcoming and a positive space to work. Employees are helpful. Projects and other work is always challenging and rewarding. Benefits are great.

Cons

Some very minor communication issues with different departments, but not so hindering to cause any major problems. These are usually sorted out quickly.

Location is not bad, the rest is very bad, woodbridge, ontario

Cons

Management is not good, trainer threat employees on the first day, about be fired, and also tell employees that had to fire many people already; also advise employees that he is a psychology and is always watching
