Pros

Training is good, as is informal culture.

Cons

Some expectations are unrealistic, as conversion rate must be 10%. Leads suck (unemployed people, illegal immigrants). Ads are misleading so 5 out of 10 people think they are calling for government benefits.

Pros

Hour lunch working from home

Cons

You will be micromanaged your manager will be pressured to constantly slack you find out why you take just 1 extra minute in the restroom. The leads they claim are glorious are medicare leads or old people calling for free food cards. The bonus structure to meet bonus is extremely unfair
