      Great leadership team, transparency and open communication. Great compensation and benefit packages.

      Cons

      HR Team needs some reinforcements - they are operating a little thin. Those that are there are great and always look out for the employees.

      Insureone is so unprofessional it's disgusting. There;s no formal training, and very little help from associates. Scheduling sucks and they don't offer rises. Promotions are based on how "cool" you are w/ management, and not based on skill. They treat the employees like crap, and the customer's worst

      They give you a small salary, they help you get licensed if not already licensed.

      Cons

      Managers are incompetent, they don't know how to manage people. A lot of sales agent turnover here. They have other managers call you and fake they are customers to try and get you in trouble. No freedom to be a business person. They don't have enough coverage in their stores so customers are very angry because they have to wait 45 minutes to make a payment, buy a policy or renew a policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
