Pros

Very flexible with needing to step away for appointments. Great PTO. A few great coworkers. Free drinks in the office.

Cons

1. Extreme micro-managing and time reporting to the point you can't have a non-work conversation longer than 7 minutes without having to make up that time later. 2. Low pay 3. Very little paths for advancement 4. Certain teams are extremely difficult to work with.
