knowledgeable employees, competitive salary, can-do attitudes of those supporting customers, for most - a good work/life balance, customers are put first

Cons

low morale, open PTO policy, disconnected and ambivalent executives, pay raises are, for most, non-existent unless you petition for one or have a job that is deemed to be critical at that time and threaten to leave the company

I can't think of any.

Cons

Bi-weekly all-hands meetings where execs describe the company's massive revenue streams, but "sorry, there's just room in the budget for raises this year." 18 levels of verticality between the e-levels and engineers. No actual company direction since it's just a private equity holding, only forced growth as fast as possible by acquiring as many competitors as possible.
