- No vision from management. It's laughably bad, they'll say one thing and then a few months later completely contradict that - Too much outsourcing now, hard to work with people that are on completely different time zones -Turnover high, experts on certain products leave and everyone else left to pick up the slack since replacement are rarely hire - Almost forgot, they're EXTREMELY stingy on pay raises, like insanely stingy. You'll go up like 2k per year. They cheaped out salary raises this past year (I know COVID, but I wouldn't be surprised if they found some other excuse to keep it cheap.)

Little to no collaboration, managers who aren't natural leaders, a mentality where everyone's focus is handling what comes over the wall and never focused on how to do things better.
