      Pros

      Insurity has many dedicated and talent individuals facilitating their transformation to a product oriented company. They have been very supportive of employee challenges working from home during COVID and have embraced working remote.

      Cons

      Employees thrive and contribute more when they are supported by management. The lack of management support and follow through creates an environment where it is difficult, at times, to achieve and support the goals of the company. Opportunities and promotions can be heavily influenced by favoritism and not the best qualified.

      - Autonomy and ability to work remotely - Above average pay plan - Decent acquisitions are expanding the product offering - Some great colleagues and very knowledgeable support - A few industry leading software solutions

      Cons

      - Company is filled with below average managers and poor communicators - Company is working towards a SaaS/Cloud-based offering, but is up against many challenges and new competitors - Legal team is a major bottleneck and very unpleasant to deal with - Micromanagement and overly complex processes that aren't clearly articulated - Company is scaling back how much sales reps can make
