      Pros

      I find the company leadership to be making very intelligent decisions across the company. They are critically thinking about investments that will position them as a market leader within the insurance software industry for the long term. The culture is very team oriented and transparent which is refreshing at a larger company. I especially enjoy the intense focus on customer needs and evolving the product offering to match the industry needs. If you want a place to truly contribute and make a difference, opportunity is here.

      Cons

      Workload is high because of changes being made to improve execution and delivery. It is a necessary part of evolving the company.

      Pros

      Insurity leadership did an incredible job navigating the pandemic, both from a business and a human perspective and are now heavily focused on growth which makes it an exciting company to work at and offers all sorts of career opportunities. Insurity made the decision earlier this year to become a Flex First company, allowing almost everyone to choose if they want to be office based (but still have working from home flexibility) or home based. For those that chose home based, they can work from any State/Province in the US/Canada and anyone that's looking to spend some time abroad or even relocate internationally, that's an option if you discuss it with your manager/HR).

      Cons

      Because of the rapid growth there are a lot of moving parts and high expectations on the team members. If you like this kind of environment you will thrive, if on the other hand you're looking to coast for a while, this is probably not the company for you.

      Able to identify what changes are needed and exhibit the ability to execute on them to help promote success for the future Significant care for the employee base - they are always top of the list when discussing topics such as communication
