Pros

Free fresh coffee and popcorns

Cons

since its inception, it just clicked them in 2018 that they are a software company. Management signs any contract with the clients just to get some projects then later asks employees to do extra time without pay. they expect everyone to at least put 9 hrs a day. Got unlimited vacation policy implemented and at the same time the managers gave a hint to not take as many holidays as were available last year as higher management would be taking note of it. There is always a danger of layoff.

Pros

Flexible hours, allow to work from home.

Cons

Management is awful which makes everyone busy but not efficiency. Several rounds of laid off in the past few years. It purchased lot of small companies but not care about their employees. Some have worked there for more than 10 years but still let them go so can save money to hire cheaper offshore . Dedicated employees are the most valuable assets for the growth of a business organization.

Pros

None of my paychecks bounce, open PTO, ability to work from home in bad weather.

Cons

You will be overworked, underpaid, and never get a raise or anything approaching a real bonus. There is zero training but you are expected to be fully productive from day 1. Senior management assumes that any person put into a roll is 100% as effective as any other, regardless of years of experience or training. They set deadlines as if everyone has decades of experience and never makes mistakes that have to be corrected. That leads to deadlines being missed constantly, lies are told to customers, and you will bear the brunt of their mistakes. If you're not familiar with where the title of this review comes from, Google it. It's appropriate.
