Pros
I've worked at Insurity for a number of years now, and overall my experience has been really great. On my direct team, I work with colleagues who are passionate about what they do. I use fun, industry-leading tools every day. And the people with whom I collaborate cross-functionally are top-notch professionals in their fields. Things move fast, and people are busy, but folks are always willing to share their expertise.
Over the years, my management has been supportive of my work. I've worked on several long-term projects that I am truly proud of; those opportunities continue to this day and mean a lot to me. I find my management to be approachable, open to new ideas, and committed to excellence.

Cons
No company is perfect. There are always areas for improvement, including at Insurity. I would have to say that communication has been a challenge. There is *so much* going on--including continual change for the better--that transmission of information sometimes falls through the cracks.
