      - Largely new executive team that is coordinated with clear objectives - Good flexibility for work / life balance - Executive team is supportive of change and ideas from below

      - There have been many changes in the past 2 years. Although the change has been ultimately good, it wasn't managed in the best way from the outset. This is getting better. - Too many meetings
