Company wide live town hall presentations with executive leadership. Strong company culture. Employee recognition. Access to external professional development training. Flexible hours. PTO plan. Benefits from day 1.

Cons

I have only been remote since starting due to Covid so meeting people in the company on a larger scale has been challenging.

While I have only been with the company for 4 months, it feels like I have been with them for years. Everyone has been kind, helpful, patient and I'm grateful for the solid relationships I've formed with my teammates despite being entirely remote. This was a new industry for me and I am learning everyday. There are many resources available to enhance your knowledge, skills and to become the person and professional you wish to be. There is a strong promotion to continue to learn and better yourself everyday which I appreciate. I recommend giving us a try!
