Pros
Leadership takes staffing very seriously and purposely hires in anticipation of incoming claims increasing.
The training program, especially considering that we are all remote, is awesome and even once you're out of training your leader and coworkers are always happy and willing to answer questions.
Leadership supports the employees.
Remote means remote! I was hired as a remote employee and that's exactly what I am.
Unlimited PTO!
Work life balance is awesome here, everyone is understanding of the fact that life happens, kids get sick, relatives need you, whatever happens in your life, they get it, they're human too and they want the employees to enjoy working here.
Cons
Claims are claims, there will be days when you really dislike people, but honestly that is the only con I can think of.
