OneBeacon's supervisors and managers are some of the best I've encountered. They value and trust my opinions. The company treats me like an individual instead of a number. I have a great deal of autonomy when it comes to managing my team. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I learn something new each and every day.

Cons

Some of our technology is outdated. It is very difficult to have old equipment replaced at the end of its functional life.
