Collaboration is the rule - communication and tools are top class. Manager is focused on the team's goals, no hidden agenda distractions. Leaders articulate direction clearly - goals align.

Cons

Said goals are aggressive, multifaceted, and determine how bonuses are paid out. Small deviations can have significant financial impact (both positive :-) and negative :-(

The company offers great benefits such as pension and stock options. Moreover, I work with some great colleagues. Very inclusive and inviting

Cons

There is very limited career growth. The organization does not take as much risks. Mentorship very much lacks and they do not support career development unless it benefits the department.
