1. Excellent onboarding plan makes one comfortable and part of the team right away. 2. Integrity and respect through prompt communications and delivery of prompt services between all departments from Legal to HR to Tech support. 3. Excellent technical support and HR support. Someone always gets back with the answer within the promised time frame. 4. They emphasize education and social responsibility by paying for classes and recruiting interns.

Cons

Program sharing across departments will add to the efficiency and easier work flow. They are working on this feature.

Great individuals in management that see the "big" picture in terms of quality training, brainstorming/problem solving and collaboration is encouraged.

Cons

Not necessary a "con," but be prepared to produce quality work here vs. quantity. Unlike other staff-counsel positions/offices, which deal with volume, expect to get into the nuts and bolts of your cases.
