Unlimited pto (Out of nowhere I got laid off and unlimited pto mean if you didn’t take time off you don’t get any compensations for those) Very bad compensation package I was offered only 2 weeks of additional payments from my last day was really devastating to me. Insurance premiums are exceptionally high for a couple mine was 500+ (I thought insurance companies provided better) No scope of getting promotions or future company too small and not often have new roles to get into.
