Pros
Decent employee benefits, great colleagues, company has been great throughout the pandemic: clear communication about working from home and job security. The hiring for internal roles has improved and is fairer now.
Cons
A minority of team leaders are experienced enough to be helpful and some do not care about your wellbeing. Senior leaders are hardfaced. A very top down organisation, staff are not involved in changes that effect them. The company consults the union but the union does not involve staff. Upper management is stubborn to change if something isn't working. Constantly pressured to take calls as we're short staffed due to the sheer amount of people leaving. Morale is low as a result. Underpaid for the amount of work we do and the company makes money hand over fist so can afford to pay us more.
