Meet a lot of friendly people in training, in your teams etc. Open 8-8 so never an issue with public transport.

Cons

Poor management who are completely unsuitable and untrained for their roles. Very face fits culture, if you stand out in any way you won’t progress. Unfair workloads and time expectancy for you to resolve issues, coupled with little support from management. Archaic computer systems that are far too slow for demand, and management will blame you/fail you on targets for being too slow.

RSA was a good company. I left prior to the intact acquisition and can not speak to that element however pre acquisition the people made RSA a good place to work.

Cons

Slow to make meaningful changes. In retrospect some of thss was likley due to the executive team being aware of an impending sale of the company
