      Pros

      Intact values diversity, generosity and respect. Managers are trained to not only provide support and guidance, but also be career mentors. There's a reason why I have colleagues who have been year for 1,2 and even 3 decades - it's because Intact is one of the best employers around!

      Pros

      - flexibility - dont need too much experience

      Cons

      -unrealistic targets specifically so agents cant achieve them unless working overtime -lack of information between management and individuals - call centre environment - i.e want to know when you use the bathroom, breathe, etc - can and will try to get out of paying you more if additional responsibilities (corporate bullies) - hypocritical in their company values
