      Work Culture in the data lab is exceptionally good. Good management, amazing co-workers, great learning opportunity, good personal development flexible work schedule

      Cons

      working as a data scientist in intact wont pay you as much as it does in microsoft, google, amazon, wish etc... but then again you don't have to be a Leetcode / PHD whiz-kid maestro. You can be a decent data scientist and do well in the company as long as you put in the effort and take responsibility for your work
