      The biggest down is some members of the team are in other regions of the world so it’s difficult to collaborate with those teammates

      Pros

      Flexible, Compensation is decent, global holidays, benefits are really good here, my department really promotes being a better us, and everyone is really young which helps if that is the type of work environment you are looking for.

      Cons

      Disconnect between management and direction at which we are going, wish more was expressed to us without us running in the dark sometimes.
