      Stock, benefits, Cool people at the bottom of the totem pole. Free snacks

      Cons

      Unclear processes. Everyone is always stressed and confused. They throw you in to the fire and hope you can swim. The onboarding they give is the same onboarding they give to their clients, so no one knows what’s going on. You will be micromanaged by managers who don’t know what’s going on. (With the exception of a few) The free lunch used to be good but it’s not anymore. They also eliminated our bonuses we used to get.

      Exposure to finance and tech. A lot of smart people work there as individual contributors.

      Cons

      Services leadership is not transparent about direction of the business. Many changes to processes. Poor onboarding and training of new hires.
