Pros

CEO is taking the company in the right direction. They build the best legal software in the industry. They've handled the competition successfully. The management is great and improving: They continue to hire excellent expertise, in particular for product mgmt. Strategy is being executed against plan, they really know what they're doing.

Cons

Growing fast, losing culture. Customers are noticing the bigger britches and they're complaining. I hope they can address the issues and make employees feel valued going forward.

Pros

Decent office perks and a few great people

Cons

The company has grown by acquisition so is extremely siloed and disorganized. There is solidarity in identifying problems or potential improvements but no ownership by senior management to implement change. It ends up that the issues just persist over time and the same conversations happen repeatedly. Services leadership in particular is poor and very slow in decision making.
