Cons

- Very TOXIC employees and groups of people, very clicky in the offices. - Intapp doesn’t know if they want to be a startup or a “real” corporation. - ZERO office culture - Diversity? NOPE! - Outdated processes - Outdated technology - Terrible middle management decisions - Stock is down and keeps going down

Pros

Flexible PTO, benefits, and RSUs

Cons

Time and time again, it was very clear that the only people this company values is if your role is sales-related. Raises, budget, and overall treatment is non-existent for every other department at the company. Sales-related roles talk down to and control the other departments, and it is understandable when you see how their treatment by the C-suite is completely different than any other department. Management and upper management are useless and can't affect change because they are forgotten about. Culture is non-existent because so many employees are remote despite more-than-generous perks to being in the office (free lunch, spacious offices, guaranteed desk, etc.)

Pros

Having a stock plan is nice

Cons

This is not a kind environment. Even if you are lucky to be reporting to one of the few leaders who behave like actual leaders should, you are going to be dragged down by the bad apples in other teams/departments. It's rampant. I have serious concerns about the company's future because every time you think "ok senior leadership has to address this" they pivot to something that makes no sense or pretend like it isn't an issue. It's so sad because this company could be so much more, but it's been a steady regression for the last several years into a work environment that is toxic and hostile. High performers are often rewarded with more work, not more pay or promotions which continues to breed resentment and inequity.
