Great manager, great team, everyone who I’ve gone to for career advice or industry knowledge has been extremely supportive and helpful

Cons

It can take some time to hear of changes within the company. It also feels like marketing and events budget is spent more on the US whilst EMEA is left out. Targeted content is required for EMEA by region/country.

Cons

The company has grown by acquisition so is extremely siloed and disorganized. There is solidarity in identifying problems or potential improvements but no ownership by senior management to implement change. It ends up that the issues just persist over time and the same conversations happen repeatedly. Services leadership in particular is poor and very slow in decision making.
