There are positives here: the people are generally fantastic, if you’re willing to reach out for help and know who to ask you will get it, the work is interesting and you’ll learn an immense amount about being in the legal world and tech sphere associated with it
Cons
You are replaceable, in their eyes, and you will be burning the midnight oil for well below market value. Unlimited PTO doesn’t account for churning most holidays and weekends and nights to get things done - projects are always behind, SOWs poorly written, raises are minuscule, and Sales is always valued higher than Services. Little appreciation for high overachievers, with a huge reliance on underpaid contractors to get underbudgeted contracts complete
