* The office floods more often than it should, and when it happens you’re expected to figure it out by working from home or out of backup spaces that aren’t great * There are basic respect issues that never get addressed, like people taking each other’s lunches, which says a lot about the culture * The company talks a lot about diversity, but the office itself doesn’t really reflect that * A lot of middle managers seem overwhelmed or unprepared to actually lead, so direction is often unclear * There’s a weird pressure at times to take on things that aren’t really your responsibility * When something goes wrong, it’s common for blame to get passed around instead of actually solving the problem * Parts of the culture feel more like a clique than a professional workplace * Drinking in the office is treated as normal and even encouraged, which can feel uncomfortable depending on the situation.
