      Pros

      Smart people - great to show up to work everyday to achieve common goals. Collaboration is strong across teams.

      Cons

      Need a clear RTO mandate. Too many middle managers who don't add any real value and just burden their top contributors for no gain.

      No micromanagement, a lot of trust in the team, new office is lovely

      Cons

      Not as many ironed out processes for new team members. People have to be scrappy to figure things out which you wouldn't expect at such an established organization.
