      If you enjoy being overworked in a dumpster fire you'll thrive and learn a lot but be extremely miserable. Happy to be gone.

      Cons

      I have never felt more stress in my entire life, physically and emotionally. Extremely understaffed and burnt out teams with the expectation to over perform while everything is on fire. It feels impossible to keep your sanity, feel motivated and empowered knowing your career is in shambles here. A few good people but majority are extremely condescending and miserable to work with. Turnover is high which leads to even more work and a terrible work life balance.
