      Unlimited PTO Capable and hardworking teammates

      Cons

      Antiquated and obsolete in the time of AI. Unwilling to adapt or even challenge their current modus operandi. Management tends to favor those they're familiar with and what they're used to, despite struggling performance year over year. It seems that the only way to get promoted is to suck up to the CEO or COO, even though it's obvious they're just trying to stay above water at this point.
