4yIt is disappointing to read that your experience here has not been as positive as we would have hoped, particularly given that you have apparently been here for a few years. I would welcome an opportunity to speak with you directly, better understand your concerns and share with you some of the tremendous work that is being done to help scale the organization in terms of people, processes and systems.

4yIt is great to read your very positive review as someone who has been here for a number of years. We totally agree that we have an "amazing culture with great people". We really do strive to ensure that our total compensation packages are very competitive in the market so perhaps you could meet with your manager or your HR Business Partner to discuss this further.
