Great people, great location, great amenities and perks

Cons

Like to say they care, but action speak louder than words. Be better at communicating, rather than putting processes in place and hide behind systems, talk to team members; the ability to reach out to anyone is a lot harder now there's multiple systems in place that more often than not, do the same thing!
