      Overall positive, but it's a mixed bag

      Pros

      Good culture, general flexibility about remote work etc, and decent pay.

      Cons

      Long hours, and you need to be willing to own your role - a lot of self driven motivation and initiative is needed. Not suitable for someone that's looking to cruise by.

      Too many processes in place which overlap and duplicate, making more admin work for staff.
