      Pros

      Here are just a couple of Pros: 1) Great working atmosphere 2) Great Co-workers 3) Very understanding and helpful Mangers 4) Work Life balance is very good 5) Pay and Hours are good I feel part of a family that cares about me, And after 2 years of working here, I still look forward to going into work each Morning, how many people can say that?

      I guess the fact I travel 25 miles each way to work is a Con, But I choose to do it, And its worth it

      Cons

      Inter-departmental cooperation is an issue but this is being addressed as with any negative feedback off the back of the regular employee surveys. This is nothing unusual for a fast growing global company. The very fact that they listen and want to improve speaks volumes.
