      I too have never written a review on Glassdoor, but felt compelled to based on the nonsense in one of the posts below. This company is great. The engineers are dedicated, thoughtful, and brilliant. The leaders too. The reviewer who thinks otherwise sounds like they probably have sour grapes after not making the grade.

      Global workforce causes a fair amount of communication early in the morning.

      Wednesday Food truck and good HR staff

      Cons

      Engineering team has no clue what they are working on and/or where they are going. Engineering leadership are project managers and no engineering talent. Myopic vision from senior engineering leadership. Outsourced just not work but thinking also. Product managers can't even project customer needs for next 3 months.

      Pros

      Innovative company constantly seeking to help critical client needs. Intapp has evolved from a small Silicon Valley start up to the most innovative company serving the professional services market.

      Cons

      The only con is that nothing stays the same but that is a positive in the software industry. Not changing is a recipe for failure.
