Pros
Good working environment. Great teamwork among colleagues. Friendly and knowledgeable client base. Technology is mostly Windows based (SQL Server, IIS, etc, but some MySQL, Linux, and Java. Good benefits. Managers are really trying to help you grow in your career.
Cons
No cons really. Perhaps growing out of space but that's a good thing!
