      Some good things and some bad.

      Pros

      1. Reasonable work hours and expectations. 2. Great pay. 3. Sometimes allowed to work remotely. 4. Friendly management.

      Cons

      1, No room for growth. 2. Many systems outdated. 3. Cross departmental cooperation does not exist. 4. No bonuses. 5. Low rate of annual pay increase. 6. Do not know if 401 K will be matched until the following year. 7. Sometimes low standard of new hires.
