It's best for benefits package Good health insurnace 403b contribution

Cons

1. The worst IT management. 2. Too many IT managers than the actual workers. 3. Most of the mangers do know what's really going on in the project. They simply join the meetings and collect statuses. 4. Most of the mangers are unqualified and some of are rude and political. 5. HR team is useless. They say something but act on others. I would like to advise to look for someother company if you really serious about learning, salary and carrier growth.
