Pros

Management at INTECON is very concerned with taking care of the employees, customer and community. Interactions with management were always professional, and I feel like I was treated fairly in every situation. Benefits were good, time off was good and the position was interesting.

No negative experiences to report.

Helpful front staff, true salary (which is rare in contracting), many days off, company is willing to help train to a position

Cons

Sometimes personal information takes a while to update with the front office.
