I feel very welcomed around my Manager/supervisor and my lead all the time, and I love working with them, I like the culture of Integer.

Cons

I don't have any downside of working at integer.

Sometimes they feed you, coworkers can be helpful, wages are livable

Cons

Short breaks, as in the TWO you get (3 if you work 9+ hours) , management is unmotivating and exhausting. The world could crumble around you and you would never know because no cell phone service in the building or in work area and no internet use.
