Cons
- Floors, Workstations, Equipment and Ventilation in production areas are filthy and are never cleaned properly. Staff cannot be entirely blamed for this as they are not told to do so and cleaning staff are rarely present in production areas. - Cross - Training should be mandatory for every employee. Due to the fact employees are taking time out for various health, vacations and personal reasons without adequate people available to fill in. Due to these reasons many employees are being denied vacation time for weeks on end which can be considered unfair. New staff were rarely available for these predicaments. - Some individuals actively get away with shouting, ridiculing and gossiping about co-workers regularly without any consequences. This presents a poor and uncomfortable working environment for many and appears to happen on a daily basis in certain areas
