Pros
Fantastic engineering manager. She is involved and helpful, but does not micro-manage. Hours are flexible, including flex time in the summer that allows half days on Friday. We are encouraged to learn. You pick the subject, as long as it will apply to the job at some point. Money is available for improvements. No sick days - only PTO days to use for sick or vacation. Some people would see that as a Con, but I see it as a Pro as I don't have to watch any dishonest coworkers game the system.
