Cons

The most toxic environment I've ever seen. Smiling dummy and kiss up/ kick down personality types thrive.

The people are great. Tons of opportunity to learn. Medical Manufacturing experience.

Cons

Either too much oversite or too little. Not very much direction for new hires. Poor work culture

Pros

The benefits are great. 50% match up to 6%. Great vacation package. Great for a work / life balance. There is a lot of potential to improve processes.

Cons

Improvements and change come very slow. Once a process is through once it is very hard to make necessary improvements. Processes are not vetted properly.
