      Pros

      Outstanding people, very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a ton to learn for someone who has never worked in the medical industry. Great team spirit.

      Cons

      There are a ton of acronyms to learn, These are trying times with critical material lead times stretching out.

      Flexible with working from home and work/life balance. Lean company structure, so there aren't a lot of layers.

      Cons

      If you're looking to make friends at work... go elsewhere. There is zero culture.

      Pros

      Flexible environment with a lot of work diversity. Lots of growth opportunities. Integer is working hard to unify systems across all sites and the business is becoming easier and easier to work within.

      Cons

      Today, Integer is still runs immature systems for the size of the company.
