      Healthcare and work flexibility are a plus.

      Cons

      Overloaded. Doing jobs well out my job role and above my pay grade. Poor management and training from the get go. Lack of progression and recognition.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule with remote opportunity. Strong team effort for projects. There is a lot of long time staff members who do not mind training and helping out new employees.

      Cons

      There is some disconnect for a new hire with the manufacturing process with having separate facilities but there is plenty of reason to travel between facilities.
