      Pros

      Good trust within the team. Great focus on developing my personal skills as an engineer and using setbacks as learning opportunities rather than focusing on who to blame.

      Cons

      LOTS of documentation at every turn. Signatures on simple document changes feel excessive. Use of paper documentation instead of digital. Slow loading database software can be very frustrating when you need to use it all the time.
