      Defined processes and procedures . In-depth training and employee engagement programs.

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked - 24/7 operation means you will be working 50+ and weekends since being acquired few years ago.

      Great coworkers, nice vacation time

      Cons

      To advance you have to know someone, management doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Closed a facility without researching the consequences.

      Pros

      The Production Team and the Support functions are experts in the field. They know the product and have great insight to what needs to be done to make a good part.

      Cons

      Management in the facility has a lot to learn. The don't listen to employees' ideas and they only want to do it their way. Management is missing a lot of good ideas by not listening.
