      The salary is good for the type of job.

      Cons

      Nearly impossible to get promoted unless your buddy is a manager. Favouritism! Blame game rather than focusing on fixing source of the problem.

      Pros

      People were great! Loved the work I did and the passion behind it. Some morale boosting events. Great vacation package.

      Cons

      Unfair promotional practices, favoritism by managers, sub-par pay, terrible health benefits. Long term workers used for multiple positions simultaneously without any benefit to the worker. Bad overall morale because people don’t want more “stuff”. They want to be heard, and appreciated.
